We are seeking a Project Manager with experience managing major work programs to deliver innovative fit for purpose ICT based solutions.
Reporting to the Program Director, this role is responsible for planning and managing ongoing delivery of the Payments Platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate technical solution planning activities for new capabilities and features requested by the business, involving speciality teams with the Technology Services Division
- Deliver all technical components of the project solution, working with other internal teams to develop system and solution architectures, cyber security and other aspects of the technology delivery
- Manage delivery partners for system implementation
- Work closely with the Product Owners and Scrum teams, staying abreast of the day-to-day delivery of the core technology solution being delivered in sprints, whilst providing guidance and being the Technology Services division point of escalation for resolution for technical issues
- Apply Technology Services Division technology standards are met, including Cyber assessments, Penetration testing, Go/No-Go gates
- Apply ICT Delivery leadership to the team, including conformance to delivery methods
Your experience:
- 8-10 years’ experience in establishing and managing the delivery of technical ICT system delivery projects, including mobile applications
- Recent experience in, and strong knowledge of, contemporary project management and governance frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in Project Management in Federal or State Govt environments
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, and an industry recognised qualification in project management, such as Diploma of Project Management or SAFe Agile
