The role of Senior Analytics Manager - Campaign Insights and Strategic Performance will see you managing a team working on a wide variety of projects that focus on identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and overall profitability for our client. 
 
You will be joining a world class customer & data focused business that is heavily investing and leveraging its key data assets. 
 
Your main responsibilities will include: 
  • Managing and coaching Statistical Insights Analysts 
  • Leading the scoping and delivery of analytics projects using a hypothesis-driven approach and focusing on the highest value impact;
  • Interpreting complex information and developing insights/recommendations for presentation and use by senior management in decision making;    
  •  Develop metrics to be used to measure performance across the range of strategic objectives - driving customer awareness, acquisition, retention, reactivation, engagement; measurement digital product performance, targeting efficiency, personalisation efficiency etc
  • Designing and performing complex analysis against various corporate data sources to deliver high impact customer insights to the business;
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • A technical customer marketing analytics background with experience managing teams is essential 
  • A background in eCom, Retail or Loyalty is highly regarded 
  • Previous experience in turning raw data into actionable, value-adding insights and recommendations, with a proven track record of success
  • Extensive experience in extracting and manipulating large volume data with SQL and Tableau for data vis 
  • Proven ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both in verbal and written formats
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to developed insights and recommendations
  • Strong capability of managing and prioritising a number of competing tasks for different stakeholders
  • Degree-level qualifications, with preference for degrees in applied statistics or a related analytical field
