We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. You will play a key role in supporting and advancing a significant government initiative through innovative, fit-for-purpose ICT-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Lead technical oversight and guidance for support changes deployed to the Salesforce platform.
  • Perform technical reviews of support changes, ensuring adherence to best practice methodology and organisational architecture standards.
  • Support development squads in implementing and configuring project changes.
  • Define and implement version control, branching, and deployment strategies.
  • Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.
  • Deep understanding and management of Salesforce, including Vlocity/Omnistudio components.
  • Conduct system administration, maintaining user roles, profiles, workflow rules, security settings, and data integrity.
  • Provide level 3 investigation and resolution for incidents and minor change requests, including automation development.
  • Perform deployments via metadata/source code and branching frameworks.
  • Debug APEX code and investigate issues using logs.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce releases and evaluate their impact on functionality and user requirements.
  • Document processes, configurations, and system settings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from various business, architecture, and data teams.
  • Participate in Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot API and integration issues, particularly with applications such as MuleSoft.
  • Assist with knowledge transfer and training within the team.
  • Provide on-call support as required.
