Senior Insights Analyst (12-Month Contract)
Location: Sydney / Melbourne / Perth / Brisbane
$650-700 per day inc super
Talent Insights is currently partnered with a leading provider of innovative solutions in the Financial Services and Insurance sector. Committed to driving strategic insights through data analysis, the organization is currently seeking a Senior Insights Analyst to join their team for a 12-month contract.
Role Overview: The Senior Insights Analyst will play a key role in campaign reporting, dashboarding, and business-as-usual (BAU) activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills and experience in digital analytics, preferably with Google Analytics or Adobe. Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization is also a plus, plus experience working in a BigQuery cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive campaign reports to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis to support BAU activities and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and uplift in analytical methodologies.
- Proven experience as a Senior Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the Financial Services and Insurance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience in digital analytics, specifically with Google Analytics or Adobe (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar visualization tools (nice to have).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work within a high-class team within a reputable organisation working on high volume data sets
