Key Responsibilities: The business analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand, discover, define, validate, prioritise, and continuously manage business requirements.
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable, and comprehensive technical specifications.
- Synthesising business and technical requirements and presenting them in clear, understandable terms.
- Supporting the design phase by ensuring technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Facilitating workshops and performing business analysis activities, including business process modelling, business and solution requirements lifecycle management, and data modelling.
- Assisting team members with documenting systems and solutions that are developed, delivered, and maintained.
- Maintaining an outcome-focused approach with the ability to challenge business requirements while retaining a strong customer focus.
- Continuously monitoring system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements: Essential Criteria: - A minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in IT or technical environments.
- A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, with experience working on cloud-related projects.
- Experience working in complex programmes and structuring business analysis processes.
- Strong skills in process mapping and documentation.
Desirable Criteria: - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
