Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems that support the agency's mission to deliver their scheme to participants across the country.
About the Role:
As an ESM Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions that align with the needs of the organization. This role will see you working closely with various departments and business units to ensure the ESM platform supports the delivery of high-quality services across the agency and partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement ESM solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices, including integrating various enterprise systems and tools.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance, security, and accessibility for all users.
- Provide technical support and training to users, addressing any issues or concerns related to the ESM platform and facilitating user adoption through effective change management strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ESM configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring data consistency and quality across multiple systems.
- Work with other IT teams to integrate the ESM platform with other enterprise systems and tools, ensuring scalability and adaptability as the organisation grows.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with various regulations to protect sensitive data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance service delivery, continuously seeking ways to improve the system and streamline processes.
- Balance the costs of implementing and maintaining the ESM platform with the efficiency gains to ensure value for the organisation.
About You:
We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-driven individual with experience in enterprise service management platforms. Your strong technical skills, combined with your ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, will be key to your success in this role. You should be passionate about technology and have a keen interest in enhancing service delivery to support their scheme
Essential Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in the design, implementation, and management of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Experience with ESM platforms and tools.
