Olivia has been working in Data Recruitment since 2018 where she started her career within an award- inning IT agency based in the UK.
Her experience here covered both the Data Analytics contract and permanent market within London, one of the most competitive markets in the world. Before joining Talent Insights, Olivia also gained invaluable experience as an Internal Tech Recruiter for a Top 50 Fintech. Her passion, though, lies within agency recruitment and within Data Analytics, Insights and Visualization more specifically. She prides herself on building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients alike, taking a proactive approach to Recruitment and knowing her market extremely well.
Outside of work, she's an avid sportswoman with a love for dancing, running and netball and is obsessed with animals (mainly Dogs!).
