Lucy joined Talent Insights mid 2021 as our Finance and Operations Manager, bringing over 20 years’ experience in back office functions for the recruitment industry.

As part of our Leadership team, Lucy oversees finance, contractor management, reporting, compliance and HR, as well as managing the administration function of the business and ensuring efficient internal processes and systems. 

Lucy is passionate about supporting staff, clients and candidates to help us deliver the best possible service and outcomes.
