James started his career in the London Insurance market before moving into recruitment in 1999. He covered the actuarial sector across Europe until moving to Sydney in 2006 to join DW Simpson – a Global Actuarial Recruiting business. He was instrumental in building DW Simpson’s Asia Pacific practice including 18 months in Hong Kong establishing the office in Asia, responsible for HK, China and Singapore.
James recently spent 18 months heading up the internal Talent Acquisition function for Quantium – Australia’s leading Data Analytics Consulting firm. He managed the recruitment function during an impressive period of growth, implementing a best in class recruitment strategy and framework.
James started Talent Insights Group with Ben in 2016 to focus on building a specialist Data Analytics Recruitment business servicing clients across Australia.
