Fran is originally from New Zealand, but moved over to Melbourne in 2022 after living and working in the UK. She had been working in specialised recruitment for a year before joining Talent Insights Group. At Talent Insights, she’s been recruiting in a variety of different sectors within the Data sector.
She’s known for her sunny personality and enjoys creating relationships with candidates from all walks of life. She makes sure that she understands her candidates needs and wants to then ensure they are placed in the role that is most suitable to them.
